This House was co-designed with Mario Duarte in oAu+d Arquitectos. The house has 1000 sq.mt of built area in three floors an a 1200 sq.mt lot. The basement has a movie theatre, a wine cellar and a music studio. The first floor has the social areas and the second floor has the private and sleeping areas.
The house, eventhough it is gigantic compared to the lot it sits in, is very "transparent" meaning that from averywhere in the house you see the green areas beyond. More images here...
